I have reset multiple times, turned off router multiple times. Added a 2.5g WiFi network. Still Cannot connect.

Let me ask if you tried to uninstall and install the app again. If you have followed the steps mentioned above, the problem may be with the device where we access the Nest App.
Make sure the internet connection is stable. Another option is to try the pairing process with another device.
