6 wire configuration, for split system heat pump

I have looked everywhere, and I can't find how to set this 4th gen NEST thermostat to my heat pump. 

Every time I turn the unit on, it blows warm.  air.

Give this a try

White - AUX/E to W

Green - G to G

Orange - O/B to */OB

Blue - C to C

Yellow - Y to Y

Red - R to R (jumper to RC not needed)

I already tried that also, and it did the same.
