6story house 2 systems combi & system boiler stat controls cross repeatedly having to reset?

I have a customer that has a 6 story house with 2nheating systems 1 being a combination boiler to the basement with independent nest stats. The 5 floors above fed from separate system boiler with 2 stats and 2 heat links they seem to be crossing over, description of basement stat turning on heating for floors above and vise versa and also hot water for the system boiler disspears off the app when this happens any remidies greatly appreciated.

Hey Isla,

I would be more than happy to assist you, and see if we can figure out the solution. Do you mind me asking when the thermostats were installed? Is this the first time you are running into this issue? Having a Nest Pro come out to take a closer look may be the best option here. They would be able to review the system and ensure all thermostats are set up and working correctly. Please let me know.
