I don’t have an A/C option on my best. What is wrong with it?

Do you have an A/C unit?

Is the Thermostat wired to control it?

Yes we have central air and my husband said he wired everything that was wired to the previous thermostat.

Hey Kyliosborn, 

Understood. We need to dig deeper into it. Please post a photo of your current thermostat wires and also the old wires before you've changed your thermostat to your Nest one so we can have them reviewed.
