After a couple hours trying to troubleshoot with support the dreaded ‘Please remove the
thermostat from its
base, then reattach it.’ endless message loop , the answer was well guess your base failed (again, 3rd one) but you are out of warranty so here is a link if you want buy a whole new one….
Sure but no more nest. This product is being manufactured with build in fail and no ability to buy the most common failed part. Completely unacceptable. This would be like apple refusing you sell replacement charge cables.
