Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Do you see any messages or codes on your thermostat or in the app? If you have a voltmeter please try to test how much voltage is running to your G (fan) wire. Also, provide your thermostat power readout. 

You can follow this guide on how to check your thermostat power readout:

1. Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Look for Technical Info.
4. Choose Power.
