AC not cooling.

AC not cooling as scheduled in evening and when try to adjust gives message above temp "in 2+ hours".  Eventually cools so AC is working.   How can I turn off this off?

Thanks for reaching out. The "delayed" message that you're getting might be a symptom of a power issue. Could you tell us how your Nest Thermostat is wired? Also, please review the power readings of your Nest Thermostat by going to Settings > Technical Info > Power.

Thanks for getting back to me.  Have jumped through many hoops thinking it's power as well.  Connected "common" wire on thermostat and furnace mother board.  Went as far as buying a new nest unit and even having fuse replaced on main fuse box and no fix.  It does cool at night but gives constant delay message during the day as the afternoon heats up. 
Running out of ideas. 
Appreciate any help you can provide.

Thanks for the response. I'd love to know more about this. Please share a photo of how your Nest Thermostat is wired. Also, please let us know the Voc, Vin and Iin values under that power readings so we could investigate further.

Thanks for letting us know. Like I mentioned above, in some cases this is a symptom of  a power issue. Please let us know which type of Nest Thermostat you have and the power readings so we can investigate further.

As an update to this: the thermostat is set to 75 but apartment is at 85. Levels are: 

-battery: 3.776

voc 35.46

vin 8.20

lin 20 mA

Yes system is running and there is no delayed message

Thanks for the response. Just to clarify, is this only happening when you're expecting the cooling to turn on when scheduled? Is the cooling working fine if you adjust the cooling using the app or the dial?

This is happening no matter if I set the temperature on the app or dial. We don't use the schedule feature.
