AC pushing hot air when Supposed to be cooling

Trying to add Nest to Second ac with Four wires.
AC unit is a Carrier.

No C
White, Yellow, Read and Green
No Heat Pump
Tried flipping Yellow and white, did not work, switch back to proper orientation and it 's pumping hot air, while "Cooling"

Please Help As my user name implies I'm on my last nerve and it's a bloody hot day in AZ.
Original Honeywell, can be put back and works fine, but dammit

Ok Called our AC guys and he was surprisingly fast! 
Turns out that the Honeywell was connected to o/b and not w as there is a jumper between the two. So I had it wrong.
AC guy gave me new hint: heat pump =  electric and so use O/B, anything else use W...
Also AC guy found the blue wire in the wall and connected it up so that's fixed as well!
Best $75 I ever spent!
Will never touch a thermostat again, but now feel better informed and not sweating a bloody brick.
