AC works but Heat does not

I installed my Nest replacing a Honeywell WBH8320WF back in July.  The AC has worked great the past few months, but today tried to switch to heat.  Cold air blows out instead of warm.

I don't have pics of the old wiring, but the following show the current wiring, which only works on AC.

I tried removing the White, which didn't change anything.  Then I inserted White into OB, and again didn't fix anything.

I think connected White with Red and the Heat comes on.

How can I fix so it works properly?

@mikebee , Make sure the white wire is stripped to the proper length, straight with no bends, then insert the bare copper conductor fully.  Reinstall your display, go to SETTINGS > EQUIPMENT and then conduct a heating test.

Ok, did a Wiring Test, and this is what it shows.

@mikebee

When you set up the thermostat in the Google Home App, which wires did you say you had when it asked?

Based on the Furnace control board terminals, you have a conventional heat/cool system and should only have selected the C, G/G1, R, W/W1, and Y/Y1 terminals.

Try resetting factory defaults and setting it up again, selecting only the wires I noted.

This is the screen you make the selection at.

I did not see a Heating Test.
