Accessing Google Home abroad

Hi,

I am trying access the Nest Thermostats using Google Home abroad but it said it is online for another member who is in the country. Anybody has such experience before? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

A few things to check for us to further isolate the issue. Could you check the account logged into the app? Do you have multiple home structures created? How many users or members of the family are in the app?
