My Nest thermostat in reads Account Disconnected in Settings but it is connected to the internet. I tried resetting a few times but it didn’t work. I also tried calling the Google Support number but got disconnected a few times. Very frustrating!! Any ideas?

A few questions: what Nest Thermostat do you have? Check this link to know what thermostat you have. Are you still able to manually control the thermostat using the display?
