HI there.
We have bought into making use of the nest learning thermostats for our offices.
We occupy 34 Offices over 2 floors. We rand a trial with 2 Nest Learning thermostats in one office on 2 fan coil units. The problem presented itself when we tried to add the second Nest thermostat to the Nest App Home.
I have gone about adding the second nest thermostat in exactly the same way that we added the first but the app shows 2 thermostats as it searches for the thermostat and then we get the following error
"Something went wrong"
"Were having trouble connecting to the Nest product that`s assisting. Make Sure that you`re close to it,that it`s online and that your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network. TD030"
As a work around for the trial office we made a second home and could add the thermostat that way.
The Problem is that you can only have upto 5 Homes but we have 68 Thermostats to add to the app.
I have tried resetting the thermostats, Software updated etc.
Please can you assist?
Kind regards
Alan Wilkinson

Hey there kenisis,
Sorry to hear about the troubles you're running into when trying to add more than 2 thermostats to the Nest app, I know it can be confusing, but I'm happy to help.
I was able to find a helpful article that will walk you through the steps you need to take in order to successfully have more than 1 thermostat connected.
Please review that and let me know if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
Garrett DS
