App doesn’t find Nest Thermostat on network

Problem started two days ago.  My Nest App (iOS) no longer recognizes that my Nest Thermostat is on the same WiFi network as my phone.  Shows as offline.  My Nest Thermostat shows it’s connected to the network and I even deleted the network and started from scratch.  No luck.

Sorry to hear about your Nest thermostat as well as for the delayed response. 

A few questions — were there updates or changes made to your phone before you noticed that your Nest thermostat is offline? Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling the Nest app? Also, have you tried logging into another mobile device or a computer's browser via https://bit.ly/3gW4i8w if you get the same message?
