Are all the best products junk?

It would appear all the Nest products are junk, I’m on my second thermostat in a year and also my room sensor isn’t working

I am not sure why you’re having so much trouble but I have installed hundreds of these thermostats and sensors for my customers and not one of them has ever gone bad in the last five years
