Are my wires from my old thermostat compatible with my new Google Nest thermostat?

I have these wires currently: R, B, Y, X2, W1, O, and G.  The old thermostat is a Train.  Here is the picture:

Thanks for reaching out and for the photo. 

Your system might work with our Nest Learning Thermostat. Give the wiring guide below a try:

R to RH

B to C (Sometimes, Train system disguises C wire as B. Trace the wire to your HVAC's control board to make sure.)

Y to Y1

X2 to * (This is for emergency heat.)

W1 to W1

O to O/B

G to G
