Away From Home

I am away from home and my phone says my Nest is offline. Is there anything I can do away from home to fix this connection?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Google Nest Community.

We'll need to check for a couple of things at your home for this inquiry. First, check if other wireless devices at home are still online. It is also possible that your Nest Thermostat is off as it may be the reason why it's been offline. There's no other way to check the thermostat connectivity once it's been disconnected from the Wi-Fi.
