Away setting

I have new Nest thermostats in 4 different buildings. Even though I have presence sensing turned off on all of them, the thermostats go into Away setting on their own in my different buildings at different times. I keep changing them back to Home, but they don't stay. Can I eliminate the Away setting altogether and simply rely on schedules?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostats going to Away mode automatically. To isolate the issue, could you check your Nest Thermostat's Energy History to see the reason why it was set to Away mode? You can click on this link to learn more about this.
