Our iOS app is no longer showing the current temp nor does it match the actual thermostat.
A few odd scenarios happening:
1. The actual thermostat will show that it’s warming to 72 but in the app it shows it warming to only 71.
2. We have four different sensors setup around the house and the nest app will show 1 room at like 67 but when you set the thermostat to that room the actual temp on the app now shows as 65.
What’s happening? We’ve deleted and redownloaded the app and also made sure it was linked to our Google account. But we can’t use Google home because it doesn’t allow for switching between room sensors.
thanks!

Hello cfoye130,
Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.
It's never ideal for the Nest Thermostat and the app to show the inaccurate temperature readings. Unsynched details might be the result of an environmental issue due to device lag or network interference. Could you please try rebooting your phone, thermostat, and router for at least 3 minutes?
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Mark

Rebooting the actual thermostat seemed to solve the issue. Thanks
