Best thermostat goes into Eco mode every day without me requesting it to do so

My nest learning thermostat goes into ec mode morning sometime between 6 AM and 9 AM without me asking it to. I have it scheduled to go in and I have it schedule to heat up to 71° at 9 AM, but instead it is an eco-mode so it does nothing. How do I keep it from changing modes without me requesting the chain?

In the Nest app, select Home/Away Assist in the settings, and turn off "Automatically use Eco..."
