Nest e thermostat has been disconnected for several weeks

Due to boiler pump voltage problems my nest e has been disconnected for several weeks.  I have an old mechanical tstat in its place.   When its time to boot up the nest, (I have a C wire) and I install the back plate, wire it and plug the unit back in, will it just boot up and have the settings it had before?

I have a simple operation.  Set heat, boiler on and off and do not have a schedule.  I only change temps when away.  Also have a remote sensor.  Have nest to check remotely when on vacation.

The Nest has a backup battery to retain settings during a power outage.  There's a good chance it will still remember all your previous settings.
