Have series 3 Nest Learning thermostat that won’t hold a charge. It tries to restart after Google symbol but then reverts to blinking red light with no display. Have filed warranty claim form 7/15/23 with coverage ‘til 7/22/23 but NO RESPONSE. What to do? Help!
