Have Rh and Rc, no jumper wire

@Gbenson , if you have both a wire in Rh and Rc then you likely have separate Heating and Cooling systems. In this case you only solution is a Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Generation.  You currently have a Nest Thermostat and not the learning model. Only the Nest Learning Thermostat has both the Rh and the Rc connections you will need.
