I’m having trouble with my wiring. The app walked me through but I don’t have heat/AC.

I was told the white S1 and Red S2 are outside temperature sensor wires…..

Try moving the white wire from the O/B terminal to the W1 terminal and the Red wire from the Rh terminal to the Rc terminal.

You are correct in the S1, and S2 wires should be taped off.

Thank you very much for the reply Patrick. I’ll try the new settings this afternoon. The system I have uses circulated hot water from my gas heated water heater as the heating medium. Does that change anything?

Your system has a 2-stage compressor and a separate boiler.  The wire labels used are on the inside edge and the white wire goes on W1.  Make sure to set your equipment up as a duel-fuel system.  You provided no details on your boiler so it is either heating oil or natural gas.  Your Air Conditioner is electric and thus the duel-fuel setting is needed.

NO it does not matter that it is not water.  It uses gas as a fuel, the AC uses electricity. Still a duel fuel system.

Thank you! I moved the O/B to white and reset. It didn’t fix it, then I did what Patrick had mentions and moved the Rh to Rc and reset. Bingo!
