Hi Google,
I bought a nest learning thermostat on March 20th 2020. After 2,5 years it suddenly stopped supplying power to the thermostat and gave error code H72. After several checks I found out that this is a common problem with the heatlink. Everything else is working fine but just the heatlink is broken. Is there any solution available? I would like to replace the heatlink because everything else is working correctly. Your support is really appreciated. Thanks in advance! Best regards, Cornelis Klok
