Just want to say that my google nest thermostat froze and wouldn't work on the coldest day this month. Google wouldn't overnight me a replacement, I had to mail it in and in the meantime go buy another smart thermostat because my house was COLD and I couldn't just stick my heat wires together in perpetuity for heat. When it finally arrived it was refurbished. I had already been forced to purchase an entirely new thermostat to avoid having to rig up my wall wires together to get heat. So now I have a crappy refurbished thermostat that I can't even sell online for anything close to what I paid. They screwed me over, this is a crappy product, a crappy company, and a horrible design. It was not my fault that their product broke, and they gave me a sub-par replacement. Horrible experience.
