Unable to get Nest Gen 3 Learning connected properly.  When the Nest is connected only cool air pumps out.  Also, I have two thermostats, one downstairs and one upstairs.  Old thermostat has a blue wire that wasn’t connected.  I haven’t connected it to the Nest either.

Can you help me with your Nest Learning Thermostat's power reading?  

1. To open the Quick View menu, press the thermostat’s ring.
2. Choose Settings.
3. Turn the ring to highlight Technical Info then press the ring to select it.
4. Select Power. 
   • Battery
   • VOC
   • VIN 
   • IIN
