Hi google have identified a faulty heat link and denying a company to replace it but it is 3days. Until then I have not hot water or heating. Can I manually by pass the heat link to get both water and heat?

Could you clarify what you are referring to by the replacement by a company being denied. Have you been in touch with my colleagues from the support line and have a case number from them?
