Thermostat stuck on "Continue setup in the Google Home app".

I had to do a factory reset on my nest and now it is stuck on the "Continue setup in the Google Home app". I have tried removing the batteries for 24 hours and when I put them back in I still get the same message. Is there a manual total reset?
