Can I order and replace batteries for Nest Thermostat E? USB charging is not working even after several hours of charging.

I understand it can be frustrating if your Nest thermostat doesn’t seem to be holding a charge. Let’s see what is going on.

Is your thermostat display showing a status light when charging or plugging it on the wall? When did your thermostat start showing this behavior? I'd like to know if this thermostat was recently installed as well.

Do you see any error codes in your display once you plug it on the wall? If the thermostat turns on, it’d be great if you could go into Settings>Technical Info>Power. Please let me know what power readouts you see, including the battery level.

I’m glad your thermostat is back up and running. Be sure to keep an eye out for the power readouts on your thermostat's settings alongside the battery level for the next few days. If the battery level drops again, keep me updated.
