Can Multiple Nest Thermostats be programmed to only allow one unit to cycle on at a time?

Can Multiple Nest Thermostats be programmed to only allow one unit to cycle on at a time?  This would greatly help reduce demand rate for electricity costs?

Nope, every thermostat is independent of the other thermostat installed at any location.
