I have gone through set up several times with many factory resets and device removals from app but the nest will not finish the install. I continually get the below error at during the last step after it says configuration completed. then the app locks up I have for force quit. very frustrating. I have disabled all of my router firewall settings and get the same error. device shows connected to my wifi and connectivity is good.

I solved this on my own by removing the device, them entering my address in the app. then re installing the Nest.
