After so many attempts and different ways of resetting nothing worked. Please HELP. I even input the WIFI name and password....

I am in the same situation and there doesn't seem to be any way of getting help. I am seriously considering returning this product and buying something that works.

If it used to connect to WiFi, but no longer does, and the re-setting does nothing, this is a known error at Nest. I had it happen myself on 1 of my 3 thermostats. Contact Google/Nest support (I used chat) and they will send you a new unit. You return the old one in the same box. Then all will work again.
