Our nest is not connecting to the internet. Tried reset and connecting by putting in internet details.
Last night a low battery message but this message has disappeared today.
Can anyone help? Not picking up our internet router,
We now have the nest turning heating on intermittently even though it is warm outside!!
With energy costs this is not a good situation

Thank you for your reply. I have organised replacement now as we had an error w5 message. Our thermostat is faulty, I contacted your chat service yesterday!!
