After doing a factory reset I cannot get the Heatlink to connect to the Thermostat - have followed all the instructions - resetting the Heatlink, moving the Thermostat closer to the Heatlink, and re-entered the location, etc data over and over again....
Nest thermostat— I have the following wires on my current thermostat: C, R/C, W/E, W/2, G, Y. How do they tie into the Nest thermostat that has room for the following: Y, C, W, G, R, OB.

I have one red wire that had no jumper. Which location on the nest do I use, the RC or the RH? I also hace one BLUE wire and one BROWN wire. I only have one location on the nest labeled OB. What do I do?
