Can someone check my thermostat compatibility?

I need help please!

I would like to know if my current system (which is natural gas) is compatible with the Google Nest GA02081-US (charcoal) or the ecobee EB-STATE3LT-02.

Those are AC wires. Not DC wires. I'm about 100% sure it is NOT compatible.
