Lennox iComfort M30 to Nest

I have a Lennox system with Lennox M30 thermostat. Just bought the Nest Gen 3 thermostat but realized later that I should have checked whether the M30 could be replaced with the Nest. Attaching a photo of the M30 pins. Any ideas if I could simply replace this thermostat with the Nest?

If that blue wire is going to a C terminal, the Nest is compatible.
