My Thermostat keeps shutting down stating charging battery but is plugged in all the time?

If you do not have a C wire for your install, then your thermostat may not be getting enough power to stay properly charged.  You can purchase a C wire adapter that will solve that issue for you, if that is indeed the problem 🙂
