Can someone tell me which wires go where on Nest 3rd gen?

You can put them to same slot letters designations on nest

Red wire to Rc/Rh

yellow wire to Y/Y1

blue wire to C

orange wire to O/B 

green wire to G

black wire to Y2

white to W2

can’t really tell what’s the letters on the black & white wires on your old base from the pic. wires are kind of in the way blocking the letters. Maybe white to Y2 & black to W2 But see what is says & connect to same slots on nest
