Help connecting Wi-Fi to nest thermostat

I am having some issues connecting my Nest thermostat to WiFi. The setup code is on back of thermostat and I cannot remove thermostat from wall, i love in an apartment.

@RALombardi, thanks for reaching out to us, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. I want to check and see if you are still in need of any help. If so, please follow these steps to scan the QR code on your thermostat: 

For Nest Learning Thermostat and Nest Thermostat E, go to its Settings > Nest app > QR Code. For Nest Thermostat 2020, you can select Continue without Scanning on the Google Home app to proceed.
