hi. I have changed phone numbers and am unable to access the Nest app due to the 2 step verification. Does anyone know how to get around this? I’ve reset the thermostats to factory settings and removed the products from the app through my wife’s phone but I’m the owner and don’t know how to get started with a new account I can access

If you're not able to pass 2 step verification, it's unlikely you'll be able to recover the account unfortunately. If you've not already done so, create a new account and login to the Nest app with it using the sign in with Google button. Once logged in, setup the thermostat again as you did the first time.
