Can’t log into nest app

Hey,

Hope someone can help. I can not log into the nest app on my phone, I have undertaken all the steps on the troubleshooting pages and nothings working. I can log into Google Home, gmail, chrome etc. fine. I can even log into nest online with no issues, I have gone into both Google Home and nest online and tried opening the app via them and still no luck. 
I open the app, click sign in with Google, click on my account, allow access and it just sends me back to the log in screen. 
Any help would be great

Thanks for posting and for the detailed description of your concern. 

A few questions — are you signing into your Nest app using the "Sign in with Google" option or the "Sign in with Nest" one? Have you tried logging into the Nest app on another mobile device or using a computer's browser at https://goo.gle/2qjvVSU? If yes, how is it? 

It would also be awesome if you could provide a rundown of the steps you've already tried so we could continue from where you've left off.
