Previously installed Nest learning thermostats in rental properties and set up with no problem. Purchased Nest non-learning thermostat for another property but cannot set up without wifi. Is it possible to set up without wifi?
If you have to use Google Home, does that mean every time a new tenant moves in, they have to delete the device from one Home account and activate on another Home account?
Or should I stick with the learning thermostat that doesn't require wifi?
