I cannot connect to the Nest App. I'm prompted to sign in with my Google account, I select it, allow access, and I am then transferred to the Google home screen (www.google.com). Account never adds to Nest and I cannot remotely control my device.

Nope. And it's so frustrating. Defeats the purpose of having it if I can't connect remotely.

Yeah I’ve got someone from Google trying to fix the problem & even they don’t know the answer which seems mad considering it seems to affect so many people

I am having the same issues. asks for a key in the Nest app settings but then I don't see the app anywhere to get the key.

I am able to sign into the Nest App now guys!!! The issue for when is when the App launched the browser to sign into a Google Account, I had Microsoft Edge set as my default browser. I changed my default browser to Chrome, and my Google account successfully signed into the nest app. I am an Android user by the way.
