Cannot connect to the wi-fi

I have read several post on having connectivity issues for the nest thermostat. I have tried all of the troubleshooting from factory resets to checking the voltage. My nest thermostat will not the Wi-Fi account on my house or hotspot on my phone.

I’m wondering if it is the Wi-Fi chip in the thermostat?

Is there anything else I can try?

I was having the same problem after our power went out and they sent me a replacement.

I already tried that, and went ahead and performed this task again.  it is still not even showing any networks available.  Every other device works fine (i.e. apple tv, ipads, phones, etc.)

Any other suggestions?

Go here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/topic/9362023?hl=en&ref_topic=9361783 .  Click "Contact us" and follow the "next" steps until you can get a call back or chat link to try resolve the issue or get a replacement sent to you.  It worked for me.  The replacement they sent is working.
