Google nest Thermostat was working fine for months out of nowhere it will no longer connect to wifi my other google nest thermostat is working fine. I already changed the batteries reset to factory defaults removed user account uninstalled the app tried an android phone and my iPhone uninstalled the google home app restarted my wifi and it still won’t connect it gets stuck at either connecting to wifi or it just reverts to the Home Screen after connecting to the thermostat before connecting to wifi is prompted and the thermostat does not appear at my home.

asking for help half of my house doesn’t have AC and I can’t change it manually on the thermostat it says to use my home app

Gonna go buy another one this is crazy that the home app is the only way to install this product. Never had this issue before.
