Cannot get 2nd nest thermostat added to app

I have two nest thermostats.  I’ve easily added the first to the app, but cannot get my phone to connect the 2nd thermostat.  I’ve connected it to the internet and followed the same exact instructions but keep getting connection error TF030

Hi Johnnys,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. 

 

TD030 is for assisting device code. Your Nest Thermostat is having difficulties connecting with one of your devices in the home structure. Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the device you want to pair? Those devices could interfere with the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth signal.
