Cannot get my entry key

I lost ability to control my thermostat from my Nest App on my phone.  I have tried everything that has been recommended and just need an entry key so I can get this thing back up and running on my phone.  PLEASE HELP.  I've been at this for two days and gettinq quite frustrated.

During the installation of your Nest Learning Thermostat, you linked it to your Nest thermostat to your smart phone. If you are saying now the thermostat no longer appears in your Nest App, I have to ask, did you accidentally tap “remove” on your app? As long as your thermostat is linked to your same nest account ID, all you need to do is log into your Nest Account with that ID and it will automatically put your Nest Thermostat back into your app. All your information, the Home(s), the thermostat(s) will still be there.  

Now then,  if what you are asking for is an unlock PIN, that entirely easily dealt with. Using your Nest App that is linked to your thermostat, open the app, select the thermostat and tap the settings gear in the upper right, then scroll down to UNLOCK. It is that simple.
