Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. A few questions: on what application you're trying to log in? Were you able to try choosing "Sign in with Nest" or "Sign in with Google"? Could you please check your spam folder, promotions folder, junk or trash? Also, you can check out this link for more information.
