I have had a Nest thermostat for several years. For the last week however I am unable to use the app or access my account via a browser (have tried different browsers on different computers). Every time I try to login with my Google account (and I have tried breaking the link between Nest and Google and then re-linking) I get a spinning wheel and then am taken back to the login screen where I see the google login button.
My login credentials haven't changed but I can now no longer access my settings or any other account details.
