I changed my Nest learning thermostat 3rd gen to another network and can’t add to my iOS Nest app now. It goes through all the normal steps until the final connection and errors out. I’ve reset Wi-Fi, router, iOS, and re-entered Wi-Fi configuration dozens of times. Why is this smart tech not so smart?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with setting up your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this. What is the message that you're getting when it fails to connect? Also, how far is your Nest Thermostat from the router?
